Whole Deep-fried Fish *Limited availability

Deep-fried whole Red Snapper requiring the diner to navigate the fish bones. Whole fish is very common in Thailand, served with chopsticks, a spicy red curry 🌶️ dipping sauce, rice and is worth the effort if you love seafood & Thai flavors!

A non-spicy dipping sauce can be substituted if requested

 

Pad Bai Kapow 🌶️ - Choose Pork or Chicken *Limited availability

Ground pork or chicken with chili-garlic sauce and holy basil, topped with a fried egg and served with rice

Note: This dish is very popular in Thailand and has many different spellings with some variations on ingredients. Our version is ground meat (pork is ideal) with no vegetables, our home-grown holy basil, and topped with a fried egg. If you like Spicy Thai Basil, this dish uses the same sauce and while the dishes look different, this version is definitely worth trying while we have holy basil
