How do I reserve for the Prix Fixe dinner? It only allows me to book for 1.
Our online reservation system books only the table with a maximum of 4 guests. Once you reserve the date and time, we will reach out via email to ask how many are in your party and send a final confirmation. Remember, we are BYOB!

Do I have to reserve for the Prix Fixe dinner?
Yes.
We cook only to our reservations. Online reservations close when we are sold out. Best to reserve early to assure your desired reservation date and time
Reservations are not confirmed until you hear back from us confirming guest count via email
Last reservation time is 7:30pm-9:30pm
I didn't receive a confirmation, is my reservation confirmed?
No.
You should immediately receive an email from Jai's Thai Food upon placing your reservation for the date and time for the Prix Fixe dinner. We will reach out again via email requesting the number of guests and entree choice and confirm your reservation when we hear back from you.
If you didn't receive an email for your order, you may have entered your email address incorrectly, or check your spam folder. Please contact us.
I have allergies / dietary restrictions, can I still enjoy the Prix Fixe dinner?
Certain dietary restrictions can be accommodated depending on the full menu offerings and how each course is prepared. Since our menu changes every other week, please reach out to ask if we can accommodate your dietary needs for that particular menu. Some proteins can be omitted but not necessarily replaced, again, depending on the menu that week so please inquire before reserving
Do you have an a la carte menu? Or lunch service?
We offer only a Prix Fixe dinner on weekends for dine-in. You’ll find many of your favorite dishes in our 5-course meal and it’s a great way to try many of the secret gems from our previous menu, along with new special dishes. We no longer offer lunch, an a la carte menu, or take out
Can I order online and pick up in-store?
Yes! To assure you get your favorite Gelato flavor or Thai Sauce, orders placed Sunday to Thursday will be ready to pick up Saturday anytime after 3pm at 30 North Beaver St in downtown York, PA or by appointment. We do not offer shipping at this time
I can't pickup on Saturday afternoon - how do I schedule an appointment to pickup my order?
If you can't make it in on a Saturday afternoon to pickup your online order, please contact us to set an appointment time before ordering. With notice we can meet you at Esaan, or you may also pickup during our Prix Fixe dinner hours but please let us know you are coming so we know to expect you

Thai Curry: we currently offer Red and Green Curry sauces in frozen pints for you to prepare at home with our easy online recipe. Exactly the same as you enjoyed it in the restaurant
Pad Thai: we provide the sauce and our online recipe, you do the rest! We can provide the rice noodles used in our restaurant too
Peanut Noodle Stir Fry & Fresh Spring Rolls: Try our jarred pints of Thai Peanut Sauce for cooking using our online recipes, or dipping whether you want to try to make your own version of our Fresh Spring Rolls, or dip apples, bananas, carrots, or thin the Peanut Sauce with olive oil to make a salad dressing, the possibilities are endless
Is it the same ownership as Esaan Thai Restaurant?
Yes! Jai and Sam still operate Esaan, just under a different business model called Jai's Thai Food
